India Backpacking Photo Diary

India is one of the most intense places I have travelled.

The size of India is similar to that of Europe so even spending a month in the country just isn’t nearly enough time to see it all.

Our time in India began in June, which is also the start of the monsoon season. We started out journey in Delhi before flying to the bottom of the Himalayas. We then worked our way through Rajasthan visiting Jaipur, Jodhpur and Udaipur before finishing in Mumbai. I’d love to explore the South of India on our next visit.

By this point the rain had well and truly settled in.

These are just some of our many photos taken during our adventure in India.

You can check out our Guide to Travelling India for route inspiration and must see’s.
